I’m a Registered Dietitian, proudly registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA). I hold a BSc Honours in Dietetics from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and I’m an active member of a paediatric workgroup dedicated to keeping up with the latest evidence-based practices (because trust me, nutrition science never sits still!).

Watching your child struggle with food—whether it’s faltering growth, allergies, fussy eating, or body confidence issues—can feel overwhelming. And with a million conflicting opinions online, it’s no wonder parents feel stuck. That’s where I step in!

To help you feel empowered, confident, and stress-free when it comes to your child’s nutrition.
